Meet Christina Henriques
Founder & Lawyer
Born in Ottawa and raised in Sherwood Park, Christina has deep roots in the local community. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Molecular Genetics in 2002, followed by her LL.B. in 2006. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2007 and a proud member of the Law Society of Alberta, Christina has spent her entire legal career practicing within Strathcona County.
Christina’s practical, straightforward approach to the law is heavily influenced by her upbringing. Coming from a family of small business owners, she worked in her parents’ restaurant from the age of fourteen until she finished law school. This firsthand experience gives her a deep appreciation for the tight margins, pressures, and realities that small businesses face, driving her commitment to providing timely, pragmatic, and cost-conscious legal services.
When she is not in the office, Christina enjoys traveling, reading, watching hockey, and spending time with her husband and two teenagers. You will frequently find her at the local rink or baseball diamond, cheering on her daughter in figure skating and her son in competitive baseball.
